The Irish version is of a very similar pronunciation....

I would agree, provided they actually used the CORRECT form of the name - unlike 'An Nás', Teamhair or 'Gort' (for Nás na Rí, Teamhair na Rí and Gort Inse Guaire)

And nobody ever catches on to the fact that correctly Belfast is 'Béal Atha na Feirsde'
