Granting for the sake of argument that there is a distinction between Glottochronolgy and Lexicostatistics, ia it possible for non-chronological Lexicostatistics to handle e.g. the corpus from Lyle Campbell's Guatemalan brothers, whose glottochronologic separation was 1500 years ago?--  What am I missing?

Missing any Manx, Scottish or Irish context, which is a sine qua non for
this list.

Can you bring your comments back to within that wide but distinctive

PS:
In Italian "mutate le mutande" (or mutandine) is 'having changed the underwear'.
